Overnight Doula Care

Overnight doula care offers steady, experienced newborn support during those hours when you need it most. I stay close, care for your baby between feedings, and create a restful space so you can sleep, recover, and reset. You and your partner can wake up knowing someone had your back.

Those newborn nights can be challenging. To help you and your partner rest and recuperate, I provide eight hours of overnight care for Baby plus breakfast on the table in the morning so that you can start the day refreshed and nourished.

PRO TIP:

This is an excellent item to put on your baby shower wishlist!

When you hire me as your overnight doula, you can expect me to wake with the baby and bring them to you for feedings, then change them and soothe back to sleep as many times as needed within my 8-hour shift.

Here are some tasks that are not included in overnight doula services:

  • Medical tasks or clinical advice
  • Caring for other children in the home overnight

Your overnight doula’s role is to help you get as much rest as possible while knowing your newborn is safe and soothed.
