Birth is personal, and it should feel that way every step of the way. My role as your doula is to offer grounded, continuous support through labor and delivery so you don’t have to navigate it all alone. I bring calm presence, clear information, and deep respect for your choices.

I work with families across Western Massachusetts, from home births to hospital births, spontaneous births and elective c-sections. This is your journey and I’m here to support every step of the way. Together, we’ll prepare in ways that feel right for you – from building a birth plan, to practicing comfort measures, and just knowing you’ll have someone steady by your side when it’s time.

Birth Doula Services

Starting with building your birth plan all the way through to providing in-the-moment reassurance and advocacy, Doula Jaq helps you feel confident, informed, and respected. I hold space so you can focus on your strength instead of managing your delivery room.

POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES

The early weeks after birth are tender, intense, and full of change. When you’re adjusting to breastfeeding, figuring out soothing strategies, or simply trying to get a moment to shower, postpartum doula care can help you feel grounded and capable.

OVERNIGHT DOULA CARE

Overnight doula care gives families a chance to truly rest. I support feeding (bottle or chest), handle diapering and soothing, and ensure you’re only woken up when necessary. This helps you wake up feeling like yourself again – more rested, less run down.

Birth can also inspire a deep, loving connection between birther, partner, and baby.
